TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Historical Society Museum will be open on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019.
The museum is located at Heritage Hall (225 Parkway Drive, Trussville) and admission is free. Visitors will be able to see treasures from Trussville’s history. Take a walk back in time and see an Alabama fossilized tree that was found in Trussville. Experts believe the tree is actually from the Brilliant area in northeast Alabama. It is roughly 90 million years old.
If you have an item you would like to donate, bring it to the museum to be entered into the inventory.
The museum will be open to the public from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. If you can’t make the August opening, the museum will be open on these later dates:
