TARRANT — A Birmingham woman is facing a felony charge out of Tarrant.
Jonisha Weston, 27, was arrested on Aug. 14, 2019, according to jail records. Weston is charged with theft of property of an automobile, first degree.

Weston is innocent until proven guilty.
