ARGO — The city of Argo will be holding a council meeting on Monday, Aug. 12 at 6 p.m., and a budget work session on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 6 p.m.
During the regular council meeting, the council will discuss several items of importance and receive reports about activities in the city.
Among the items that the council will be receiving information on will be a police report, fire report, food bank report and teen council report.
The council will also hear from John Smith with CCI, pertaining to grant funds.
The agenda for the budget work session is as follows:

- Roll Call
- Invocation
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Budget 2019-2020
- Adjournment
