Andy Hooper, 89, passed away Aug. 5, 2019.
Hooper leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Margaret, 2 sons, 2 daughters, 7 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren.
He served in the air force and retired after 41 years as a civil engineer. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
