From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — Some residents in Trussville can expect to receive surveys over the next few weeks.
The survey, which will be administered by ETC Institute, will gage satisfaction with city services and programs. Those programs will include parks and recreation, public works, code enforcement, public safety, communication and customer service.
A large number of households will be chosen randomly to complete the survey. The questions will be answered by mail or by email.
Mayor Buddy Choat said the survey results will help plan for the future and will help the city identify improvement points.
The survey results will be presented to the City Council, then will be made available to the public.
