TRUSSVILLE — A local business owner is giving back to the city of Trussville for his fifth anniversary at his current location.
David Forsyth, the owner of David Lifestyle Salon, has been in the salon business for 27 years. He has been open on Cedar Lane for five years. The location is at the entrance of Trussville’s new entertainment district. Forsyth said he is looking forward to seeing more traffic in his area.
“They’ve been working really hard every day,” said Forsyth. “A lot of construction is going on, a lot of progress is being made.”

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the business, Forsyth is offering all first responders in Trussville, half off of services during the month of August. He offers cosmetology and barber services.
