BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened the morning of Friday, July 26, 2019.
Isaiah Mathew Wiggins, 35, of Muncie, Indiana, was pronounced dead on the scene at 3009 29th Ave. N. Birmingham Fire and Rescue found him shot to death in an SUV.
Detectives believe the victim was involved in an altercation with the shooter before his death. No one is in custody.
