CULLMAN COUNTY — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has closed part of Interstate 65 in Cullman County, due to a crane fire.
The northbound lane near mile marker 305 is closed. The southbound lanes have reopened, but ALEA is telling drivers to expect heavy traffic and lengthy delays.
Motorists are asked to choose an alternate route. ALEA State Troopers, ALDOT and clean up crews are on scene.
