Michael Giardina, age 70, of Birmingham passed away on July 9, 2019.
He was born on February 1, 1949, to Felix and Helen Giardina. Giardina was an Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He was a big fan of Alabama football. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. He enjoyed holidays, and family get-togethers, especially Christmas.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Giardina is survived by his loving wife, Darlene Giardina; his daughter, Heather Johnston; step-son, Brian English; step-daughter, Stacey Wells; one granddaughter, Trinity Johnston; sisters, Cindy Evans (Perry), Jennifer Davis (Andy) and Sandra Hunt; one brother, Phillip Giardina (Katie).
