ADGER — The body of man was found following a fire in west Jefferson County on Saturday.
The fire was in the 4400 block of Boston Road in Adger at about 9:40 a.m., according to WBRC.
After firefighters from Adger and Hueytown extinguished the blaze, they found the body of Clarence Wayne Johnson, 76, who was identified by a family member.
The State Fire Marshall is handling the investigation into the cause of the fire.
