TUSCALOOSA — An arrest has been made in a case where a disabled child’s wheeler and specialized walker were stolen, according to WBRC.

WBRC is reporting that Tony Whitehead, 42, has been charged by Tuscaloosa authorities with theft and resisting arrest. It is believed that he stole the items from a residence in Wood Village Park back in October.
Authorities matched Whitehead to a description of the suspect they were able to gather from surveillance video.
Whitehead is currently being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
