ALLENTOWN, PENN. –The FBI and ATF are investigating after a vehicle exploded in an Allentown, Penn. neighborhood at about 9:30 p.m. on Saturday.
One person was killed. It is not known if there were other injuries in the blast that left debris scattered around the block and shook windows of nearby buildings.
“FBI personnel have responded to the scene of an explosion in Allentown,” the FBI posted on Twitter. “We are working with our law enforcement partners to assess the situation & determine the cause, with public safety the Bureau’s highest priority.
