RAGLAND – A single-vehicle crash at 4:10 a.m. Sunday has claimed the life of a Ragland man.
Joseph Devan Wilson, 23, was killed when the 2010 Dodge Challenger he was driving left the roadway and overturned.
Wilson was not wearing a seatbelt, and was partially ejected and pronounced dead on the scene.
Preliminary investigations indicate that speed was a factor.
The crash occurred on Alabama Highway 144 in the city limits of Ragland.
Alabama State Troopers are continuing to investigate.
