BIRMINGHAM – The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a robbery at a Subway restaurant.
WIAT reports the Subway on Veterans Memorial Drive was robbed around 4:20 a.m., with the suspect getting away with nearly $1,000. The suspect was wearing a glove and a mask.
Police said the robbery was caught on surveillance tape. The investigation is onging.
