CLAY –A double shooting in Clay sent one man to the hospital and has authorities searching for a white, male suspect.
Just after 9:30 a.m. on Friday deputies responded to a report of two people being shot at a residence in the 6500 block of Clay Palmerdale Road.
They arrived to find an adult male and an adult female suffering from gunshot wounds. The male was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The female also had non-life threatening injuries and was treated by paramedics. She was not taken to the hospital.
Sgt. Jack Self said information on the scene is that the victims and the shooter are former friends. They have been involved in an ongoing feud for several weeks. This morning the shooter and the male had an argument. The shooter produced a handgun and started shooting. Both the male and female were struck. The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall weighing 170 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is driving a 1994 black Chevrolet pickup truck.
The investigation is ongoing and updates will be provided as they become available.

If they know who it is and haven’t found him why not at least give the guys name and a picture of him for people to be on the lookout for the guy?
