TRUSSVILLE — Andrew Harbison and Karen Marrolli are giving intimate performances of their original songs on Sunday April 17 at First United Methodist Church of Trussville.
The concert will take place at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary.
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted at the door.
All songs performed will tackle issues of transition and change in support of FUMC Trussville’s new Transition Ministry effort. Additionally Marrolli and Harbison will provide insight about the song writing process, and how faith and the arts can strengthen us in the midst of difficult times.
Both performers work in music ministry at FUMC of Trussville.
Harbison has served as Director of Modern Worship, leading the praise team during the 11 a.m. Grace Vision Service.
Marrolli recently became a resident of Trussville after moving from Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is the new Director of Music Ministries at the church and is responsible for overseeing all of the music ministries of the church, as well as directing the Chancel Choir and Children’s Choirs in traditional worship.
