BOONEVILLE, Miss. — One boy from Trussville recently participated in a youth summer baseball camp put on by Northeast Mississippi Community College.
Noah Walls participated in the three-day event open to any student in the first through sixth grades.

Athletes learned the fundamentals of the sport while establishing the mental aspect of the game through sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship.
Boys worked on hitting, defense, base running and other essential techniques. Campers concluded each day with a scrimmage game to put into action the skills they were taught.
