TRUSSVILLE — The Hewitt-Trussville varsity soccer teams begin the Class 6A playoffs at home Friday.
Both teams were Class 6A, Area 11 champions for the second consecutive season.
The girls will host Pell City on Friday, April 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the Trussville Civic Center. The boys will follow at 7:30 p.m. against Gadsden City.

The Clay-Chalkville varsity boys soccer team will travel to play Oxford on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the first round.
The Pinson Valley boys will be in the Class 5A playoffs.
