PINSON — It truly is a Throwback Thursday for the Pinson Valley baseball team today.
The Indians (16-11) will wear red jerseys from circa 2002 today when they host Class 5A, Area 11 foe Springville for a doubleheader that begins at 4:30 p.m.

The players decided to shake things up a bit by wearing the throwback jerseys, to do something fun and new.
The doubleheader today has playoff implications. Springville has a perfect 4-0 area record, while Pinson Valley is 2-1. The Indians fell 10-0 at Springville on Tuesday.
