TRUSSVILLE — Two businesses have signed leases and will soon open in the Trussville Office Park, a seven-building office complex off U.S. Highway 11 in Trussville.
Ponder Properties Commercial Real Estate LLC announced that Lifeplan Retirement Systems recently signed a lease and will be moving in a few months from its Galleria office. Strategic Business Sense, a CPA firm, signed a lease as well, and plans to open early this month.
Ponder Properties also announced that Southern Bullion has signed a lease in the Trussville Plaza shopping center for a new concept store, where the company buys gold but also has a jewelry store in the front of the building. Southern Bullion will be moving from a smaller location in Trussville Plaza to the new, larger store.
In other news, Trussville-based SPOC Automation represented Trussville at the Birmingham Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award luncheon March 20. The company won the overall mid-size company category (50-150 employees).
“Our company is comprised of good, solid and hard-working people,” said President Bobby Mason. “We truly have a good time at work with practical jokes and family-like camaraderie. Every day is different around our office. We bust our tails to get the job done, but we have some laughs along the way.”
