TRUSSVILLE — A Hewitt-Trussville senior girls golfer on Wednesday signed her national letter of intent with the University of West Alabama.
Hannah McCracken inked her letter of intent in a signing ceremony at Hewitt-Trussville HIgh School.

McCracken tied for second in the Birmingham Junior Open earlier this year at Limestone Springs Golf Club in Oneonta. She shot a two-round total of 163.
McCracken tied for ninth individually at the Class 6A state championships at The Shoals earlier this year, posting scores of 78 and 83. The Hewitt-Trussville varsity girls’ golf team finished sixth in the state tournament.
