The Trussville Planning and Zoning Board on Monday announced that 15 new residential lots were approved in September.
The 15 new lots total more than $1.02 million in construction value, said City Clerk Lynn Porter.
The board on Monday approved preliminary plans for two phases of construction in Stockton Place. The two phases total 99 units.
In July, the board approved 44 new residential lots in Stockton Place and seven in Brooke’s Crossing, two subdivisions located on opposite ends of U.S. Highway 11.
