St. Clair County Coroner Dennis Russell identified the ATV accident victim in Carrington on Saturday evening as Brayden Joseph Turner, 13, of Trussville.
Turner died in an off-road vehicle accident on Carrington Lake Parkway in the Carrington subdivision in Trussville, according to Trussville Fire and Rescue Chief Russell Ledbetter.
The teenager was a seventh-grader at Hewitt-Trussville Middle School. Grief counselors will be at the school Monday.

Ledbetter said six kids were in a four-seat Polaris off-road vehicle and one died. A 12-year-old girl was transported to an area hospital with what her mother reported as “road rash.”
The others had minor injuries, Ledbetter said.
Sources said the driver was making a turn when the vehicle rolled over, killing Turner and injuring the 12-year-old.
